Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to paid ZairWave plans, operated by ZTech Services Limited.

2. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (for example monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Your station remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund window
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a new plan, provided the Service has not been substantially used (for example, no significant broadcasting or listener activity). This is at ZTech Services Limited's reasonable discretion.

4. Not refundable
Renewals after the first period, partial or unused time after a cancellation, add-ons that have been consumed, and charges where the account was suspended for breach of the Terms are generally not refundable.

5. How to request
Email support@zairwave.com from the address on your account, stating the station and the reason. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.

6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can help. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension while the matter is reviewed.
